You will find below a list of interesting books, all focused on business. I decided to group books per category to make it easier to find relevant books. Most of these books are those I have read already, some others are books I would like to read. I hope you will find it beneficial for you.
Productivity
Getting Things Done: This is a best seller, million copies have been sold already. I really enjoyed reading this book because it’s easy to follow, full of examples. Most of the tips are common sense but reading it & applying all those tips is making a difference. It clearly helped me to organize my daily work in a more efficient manner.

Personal development
StrengthsFinder 2.0: This book consists only in an online test (you get an access code in the book to perform the online test) and you have all results of the test in the book. The online test takes around 45 minutes to answer around a hundreds questions. All questions are in the same format: For each questions, you have 4 or 5 possible answers & you have to selected which answer is most appropriate for you and which one is less appropriate for you. At the end of the test, you get a list of your 5 biggest strengths. The author insists on the fact that most PD books focus on helping to work on your weaknesses but that book helps you to focus & develop your strengths. A must have.
